I had the pleasure of receiving my first pair of shoes from you yesterday afternoon.  I just HAD to email you to let you know how absolutly over the moon I was with the whole entire process and of course the shoes!! The fast shipping and the tracking of the parcel was brilliant, the wrapping of the shoes blew me away, what amazing customer service, it was like a present within a present once i opened the packaging to find gorgeous blue paper! And the shoes of course are PERFECT, I adore them so much.  Having a size 12 foot and 6.1ft tall, I have struggled my whole life to find shoes flat and heels, and have been squeezing my foot into smaller sizes for the last 20 years...now since finding your website it has opened a whole new world.  I would also like to thank you so so very much for making them affordable also..which I find most appealing.  Obviously in this climate things are hard and tight, and to be able to afford a perfect pair of your shoes on a budget has made my entire year!! So thank you so so so so very much Melissa - I look forward to many more purchases off you and will defiantly be telling as many people as possible about your website and shoes!

They came today and I looooooovvvvvveeee them! Thanks so much for your excellent service, quick postage and lovely gift wrapping. The fit is good - a little roomy in the width but I've put an orthotic in them and they are perfect. The length is perfect - no compromises there (which is nearly a first!) I look forward to more orders with you in future.

I have just received my shoe order and I have to say that I LOVE them.  I will be using these for my upcoming wedding as I wanted something with no heel (as we are both the same height) and I also wanted comfort so I could walk by the end of the day.  They are amazing and thank you for sending them so quick
